Jason Gladfelder cemented his legacy as one of Grand View University football's most dominant defensive players. Over his four-year career from 2010 to 2013, he consistently delivered standout performances, leading to his recognition as a 2013 All-American and being named the NAIA Most Outstanding Defensive Player following the 2013 National Title Game. In 2013, Gladfelder set the Grand View football records for single-season tackles for loss (TFL) with 30 and single-season sacks with 18, showcasing his ability to disrupt offenses. Over the course of his career, he accumulated 57 TFLs, a record that still stands. His dominance on the field earned him the Conference Player of the Year title, further highlighting his defensive prowess. In addition to these accolades, Gladfelder posted remarkable season stats, including 71 total tackles in 2013, 32 in 2012, 50 in 2011, and 32 in his freshman year in 2010. His presence as a linebacker was instrumental in Grand View's success during his time with the team.
