TOPEKA, KANSAS - The Grand View women's bowling team traveled to Topeka, KS., to compete in the third-ever Heart Of America Conference Tournament; the Vikings took home second place out of six teams. Bowling for Grand View was

Madison Pickett.
On Day One, there were 24 games of bakers to seed the teams into match play. After the women's first 4-game set, they were ranked 2nd, in the second set they ranked 3rd, in the third set 2nd, in the fourth set 3rd, in the fifth set 2nd, and dropped to 4th in the sixth set. The women's first bracket match was a best of 5 against Peru State. The Grand View women swept Peru State with scores of W184/116, W158/150, and W167/158.
On day two, the women's team competed against Baker University and won all three games with scores of 186/160, 156/155, and 171/131. Their next match was against William Penn, which proved to be challenging, resulting in two losses with scores of 143/169 and 144/168, and only one win with a score of 179/143. The team then played against Culver-Stockton, winning two games with scores of 189/137 and 195/170, and losing one with a score of 125/165. In their final match, the women faced William Penn again but unfortunately lost with scores of 143/169, 168/179, and 177/181. Overall, the team finished in 2nd place.
