PARKVILLE, MISSOURI – The Grand View Women's Soccer team traveled to Park University and played to a hard-fought 0-0 draw in a competitive and intense contest. Both teams showcased strong defensive efforts, but neither side could find the back of the net, resulting in a well-deserved stalemate.
The game was a defensive battle throughout, with Park controlling much of the possession and firing a total of 29 shots, including 13 on goal. Grand View's defense and goalkeeper
Maya Fritz kept the team in the match, making 13 crucial saves to preserve the clean sheet. The Vikings managed only one shot on goal, a shot by
Annika Wright, but were unable to capitalize on their limited scoring chances.
