TOPEKA, KANSAS - The Grand View Men's bowling team traveled to Topeka, KS., to compete in the third-ever Heart Of America Conference Tournament; the Vikings took home their third team title by the end of the weekend without defeat. Bowling for Grand View was SR.

On day one, there were 24 baker games to seed the teams into a double elimination bracket where they played best 3 out of 5. During the first 4-game set, the men were sitting at 5th place. In the second set, they moved up to 4th place. In the third set, they were in 3rd place. However, in the fourth set, they dropped back to 4th place. The fifth set saw them drop to 5th place and the sixth set moved them back up to 4th place. Following the seeding, the men bowled round one of match play. Their first match was against Clark University. The Grand View men won their first match in five games with scores of W171/143, L191/125, W166/143, T164/164, and W194/165.
Day two match play started against Missouri Valley, Grand View men swept the bracket W220/131 W169/162 W219/151. Match Three was against Culver-Stockton. The Grand View men swept Culver-Stockton W179/169, W220/178, W186/144.
The championship round consisted of the best 4 out of 7 matches between the undefeated Grand View team and William Penn. The final match was a nail-biting showdown that went all the way to the 7th game. The match scores were as follows: W198/185, W161/159, W177/172, L180/236, L153/194, L161/165, and W179/170. In the end, the Grand View men emerged victorious, securing their Conference Championship and earning a spot in the NAIA National Championships.
