Madison Diaz

Alum: Grand View University
Madison Diaz enters her 2nd season on the Grand View University Women's Wrestling coaching staff following an accomplished competitive career as a Viking.
During her time as a student-athlete, Diaz established herself as one of the most decorated wrestlers in program history, earning 4x NAIA All-American honors. She became just the third wrestler in Grand View Women's Wrestling history to achieve the milestone of becoming a 4x NAIA All-American.
Diaz was also a standout performer in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, earning the title of 2024 Heart of America Conference Champion and finishing as the 2022 Heart of America Conference Runner-Up.
Throughout her career, Diaz etched her name into the Grand View record books and currently ranks among the program's all-time leaders:
· Most Career Wins: 80 (4th)
· Most Career Technical Falls: 33 (3rd)
Diaz brings valuable experience, championship-level knowledge, and a strong understanding of the Grand View wrestling culture as she continues to develop student-athletes and contribute to the success of the Vikings program.
Diaz is originally from Miami, Florida, before moving to Iowa. She graduated from Grand View University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
