The Grand View University Women's Wrestling Summer Camp is a three-day experience featuring six sessions focused on building a strong foundation in the fundamentals of wrestling. Technique sessions will cover neutral, par terre (top and bottom), transition, and more. Campers will engage in live wrestling each day and gain valuable insight into nutrition, strength training, and motivation to support their continued success in the sport.

The Grand View University Women's Elite Wrestling Camp is a three-day experience featuring eight sessions designed to challenge campers both physically and mentally. Each high-level, high-paced practice incorporates the training methods and techniques that have driven the success of Grand View Women's Wrestling over the years.
