Alli Ragan is a native of Carbondale, Illinois.
Coach Ragan has years of experience at the collegiate, junior, senior, and international sense for women’s wrestling. Prior to Grand View University, Ragan was an active member of Team USA since 2011.
Some of her career highlights are: 2016 Olympic Alternate, 2x Silver Senior World Championship Medalist, 3x U.S. Olympic Team Trials Qualifier, 5x U.S. World Team Trials Champion, 3x US Open Champion, 2X Final X Champion, 2x Junior World Bronze Medalist, 2x Grand Prix of Spain Bronze Medalist, 2x Golden Grand Prix of Azerbaijan Silver Medalist, 2x NYAC International Champion, Ivan Yargin Grand Prix Bronze Medalist, Pan American Champion, Dave Schultz International Champion, Russia Cup Bronze Medalist, University World Games Silver Medalist, and a 7x USA World Team Member. Along, with being sponsored by Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club.
Ragan wrestled for King College during her collegiate career where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Minor in Business in 2014. As a collegiate athlete, she was a 2x WCWA National Champion and 4x WCWA National Finalist.
Aside from Ragan's list of accomplishments as an athlete, she was part of the 2016 Team Illinois National Team coaching staff and 2021 Team Iowa National Team where she coached multiple All-Americans and National Finalists. Currently, is the women’s coach for the Big Game Wrestling Club in Iowa.
Ragan will pursue her Master of Science in Sport Management at Grand View in Fall 2021.
