KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. This honor celebrates the academic excellence of student-athletes across nine spring sports: softball, baseball, women's outdoor track & field, men's outdoor track & field, women's golf, men's volleyball, men's golf, women's tennis, and men's tennis.
Grand View University showcased a striking total of 56 Daktronics Scholar-Athletes this spring, highlighting the commitment of its student-athletes to success both on the field and in the classroom. Leading the charge was the softball team with 15 honorees, roping in an impressive 3.84 cumulative GPA. Following close was baseball with 13 scholar athlete honorees. Women's outdoor track & field contributed 10 scholar athletes, while men's outdoor track & field added six. Men's volleyball added four honorees as well as women's golf adding an additional four. Rounding out the list, men's golf and women's tennis had two representatives each, while men's tennis added one.
