The Vikings showcased defensive grit and clinical finishing to secure their spot in the next round of the national tournament in a tightly contested road match.
The game remained scoreless through the early minutes until Grand View broke through in the 8th minute.
Justin Figaroa found the back of the net assisted by
Payton Chapman, giving the Vikings a crucial 1-0 lead. Despite sustained pressure from Indiana Wesleyan throughout the match, Grand View's defense held firm to preserve the narrow advantage.
