LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN - The Grand View University competitive dance team traveled north to Wisconsin this past weekend. The Vikings competed in the V-Hawk Invitational, a competition hosted by Viterbo University. The Vikings would take home first place in both competitions, gearing them up for conference next weekend. 

The Vikings would compete head-to-head with Viterbo in two duals. After the first dual, Grand View went on to post an 83.65 compared to Viterbos' 79.55. After tuning up a few things following the first dual, the Vikings' scores shot up as they hit 87.35 in the final dual compared to Viterbos' 82.2.

"After our last competition, the team hit the studio hard and made adjustments to our routine. Today was the first time putting those changes on the floor.
