The 2023 season was Coach DeBoer’s third season with the Grand View Men's Soccer program. He serves as an assistant coach and leads the GV II developmental team. During the previous season, GV II went undefeated in all competitions. During his tenure at Grand View, the Vikings have held an 30-19-6 overall record.
In addition to coaching at GVU, Coach DeBoer also has coached at Johnston High School. Johnston High School won the IHSAA 4A State Championship in 2023. DeBoer graduated with a bachelor's degree in social science education from North Dakota State University in 2018. He is currently pursuing his master's degree from Northern State University.
