Britt Einerson

Britt Einerson returned to Grand View University as a staff member in 2013 as the assistant women’s soccer coach. After three years in her coaching role, she transitioned to the Assistant to the Athletics Director. In 2020, she was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director, and in 2022, she added Senior Woman Leader to her title.

Britt oversees many internal operations of the Grand View athletics department, including game management, athletic communications, the campus association of student-athletes, new coach onboarding, billing, and accounts payable. She also serves as the Champions of Character liaison. Additionally, Britt is the host site supervisor for all NAIA Post-Season Competitions hosted by Grand View University.

In addition to her responsibilities on campus, Britt is on the Heart of America Athletic Conference Board of Governors and a sport liaison for women’s soccer.

Einerson was a 4-year starter for the women’s soccer team. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Grand View University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Illinois State University. She resides in Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband, Justin, and two children, Reese and Bowen.
