Coach Holbert is in her first season as an assistant coach with the Grand View softball program. Holbert was a member of the Viking softball team for 1 year, serving as the starting catcher and earning a 2nd Team All-Heart of America Conference Tournament honor. She was also named to the NAIA World Series All-Tournament Team during Grand View's historic 2025 season where the Vikings placed fifth at the College World Series in Columbus, Georgia. 

Prior to Grand View, Holbert played three seasons at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, where she earned a bachelors in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. Sophomore year she earned a spot on the Cal Pac All-Conference Second Team. She was named a NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athlete, earned Cal Pac All-Academic Team honors in 2024, and was on the Deans list. Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Holbert was a four-year varsity starter in high school where she earned multiple All-Region honors (2016-2018) and was named to the 2018 Arizona All-Academic Team.

In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Holbert is currently working to complete her masters degree in Sports Management and works in the Grand View Athletics Sports Information Department, where she manages content creation, live streaming, and promotional materials for Viking Athletics.
