Grand View University

Coach Grochala is in her eighth season with the Grand View softball program. Grochala has been involved in nine Grand View National Tournament appearances that the Viking softball program has attended, starting as a player in 2013, 2015, and 2016 and continuing on as a coach in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2024.

During Grochala’s time at Grand View, she was conference player of the year, first-team All-Conference and first-team All-Region third baseman, and NAIA All-American. 

Before attending Grand View, Grochala attended East High School, where she was a member of the softball team that participated in three state tournament appearances in 2010, 2011, and 2012 while winning it in 2011. Grochala is also a member of the East High Athletic Hall of Fame.
