Haynes joins the coaching staff after becoming a rare four-time All-American in 2014 after a third place finish at 157 pounds. Haynes finished fourth for the Vikings in 2013. Prior to landing at Grand View, Haynes wrestled at Meramec Community College and NIACC where he was an All-American placing third in 2010 and seventh in 2011.
