Grand View University

Titus Bland returns to the Grand View Vikings as a first year cornerback assistant coach. Originally from Baytown, TX,

Bland began his college career playing football at Iowa Central Community College. In 2008, he transferred to Grand View to be a part of the Vikings inaugural football season. Bland was named 2009-2010 NAIA and AFCA All American, making him the first to receive this award in Viking football history.

After Bland's final season with the Vikings, he continued to play semi-professional football in the Midwest Football Alliance league. During his semi-professional career, Bland received various awards for special teams and defense,  most recently being selected for the 2015 All-Star game.
 

Bland graduated from Grand View University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in human services and a minor in psychology.
