Nick Ellis enters his first year as a Viking Assistant Coach focused on the offensive line.

Ellis is a University of Northern Iowa graduate where he also played football earning Phil Steele FCS All-MVFC Fourth Team, and was named to the Phil Steele MVFC Preseason Third Team Offense.
