Grand View University

Josh Kirk begins his first season with the Vikings as the safeties coach. Prior to joining Grand View, Kirk served as the secondary coordinator at Ankeny High School and previously coached defensive backs at Deer Park High School in Houston, Texas.

A former student-athlete, Kirk was a two-year starting safety at Ellsworth Community College before continuing his playing career at Grand View University, where he earned all-conference honors as a defensive back.

Kirk resides in Urbandale, Iowa, with his wife, Kally, and their two sons, Baker and Koa.
