Grand View University

Berlin played high school football at Urbandale and was a four-year starter and All-American at the University of Northern Iowa. He still holds numerous Gateway Conference and UNI receiving records. While at UNI, Berlin was also a Missouri Valley Conference high jump champion. In 2001, Berlin was drafted in the fifth round by the Tennessee Titans. He played wide receiver and special teams for the Titans for four seasons. Berlin played for the Chicago Bears in 2005 and the New England Patriots in 2006.
