DES MOINES, IOWA  Grand View had their last home dual of the season tonight against conference opponent, William Penn University. GV dominated the night, dropping just one match and securing a fall in half the weights. 

No. 3 Gabe Gonzales started the night off for the Vikings with a handful of takedowns in the first period before earning a pin early in the second. Ryan Lobato and No. 1 Carson Taylor received forfeits at 133 and 141 pounds respectively. Next up entered No. 3 ranked Darnai Heard who wasted no time. Heard with a first period pin just over a minute into the match. At 157 we fell short, giving up their only four team points of the night. The sixth match of the night featured No. 3 Cam Robinson and we didn't get to see much. Robinson had our quickest fall of the season, lasting a total of 10 seconds. No. 1 Alex Reynolds followed by adding five team points with a TF. The 184-pound match had No. 7 Jameel Coles defending a single leg forever. His leg defense turned into offense in the second with a crowd pleasing spladle and a fall! No. 1 Garavous Kouekabakilaho came out to "California Girls" before putting on a takedown clinic. GK secured a tech fall in the first period with a 21-6 victory. To conclude the night was GV's closer for the past 5 years. No. 1 Greg Hagan finished the night how he does so often. A first period pin under the light and a moment with the fans. Grand View earned a 52-4 dual win tonight and post season wrestling ahead.
