KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI — The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced today, July 16th, its 2023-24 Heart of America Scholar Athletes by institution. The Grand View University Vikings finished second overall with 119 student-athletes.
To achieve Heart of America Scholar-Athlete status, the individual must have competed in a varsity-level sport while maintaining a 3.4 GPA, recording at least 60 credit hours, and attending the current university for at least two semesters.
Grand View had 119 student-athletes to place in the top two of the conference. Football recorded the most significant number, 22, followed by women's soccer, which had 10.
