The Vikings are slated to begin their quest for a conference title this weekend as they travel to Atchison, KS on Saturday for a 7PM match. 

The Vikings fell to the Ravens earlier this season in 3 sets on September 29th. Since then the Vikings have went 7-7 including winning 5 in a row to end the season. The Vikings have been nearly unbeatable at home throughout the season as they are 7-3 in the Johnson Wellness Center. But the Vikings have struggled on the road as they are only 5-4. Luckily for the Vikings they have never lost to Benedictine on the road, they are 2-0 in Atchison and 14-3 all time against the Ravens. 

The Vikings have been able to collect 1259 kills over the regular season evening our to 10.85 kills per set. The Vikings were assisted on 1158 of those kills averaging out to just under 10 assist per set. The Vikings defense was also top tier as they rank 26th in the nation with total block assist at 340 with 218 of those coming in conference play. Overall the Vikings have been hitting their stride this last month and are poised to make a push for the conference title.
